We deliver an additive treated blend of heating oil with biofuel that is designed to help keep your home's heating system running efficiently. For customers on automatic delivery, we offer heating system service plans that include an annual tune-up, priority scheduling, and coverage for many common parts and labor — so routine maintenance is easy and unexpected repairs don't turn into surprise bills. Plans start as low as $139 per year, and plan holders get 24/7 emergency service when they need it.

Heating Oil Delivery

Town Oil delivers premium biofuel heating oil — a blend of ultra-low sulfur heating oil and renewable biodiesel, enhanced with a performance additive that helps your system burn cleaner and run more efficiently between tune-ups. With automatic delivery, we monitor the weather and your usage to keep your tank full — so you don't have to watch the gauge or worry about running out. If you prefer to order on your own schedule, we also offer will-call delivery. Budget plans are available to spread your heating costs evenly through the season, and you can manage everything — deliveries, payments, service history — through your online account.

Whether it's a furnace that won't start on a cold morning or an AC system that isn't keeping up in July, our technicians handle heating and cooling repairs, maintenance, and installations for oil and gas systems, heat pumps, ductless mini splits, and central air. We take the time to explain your options in plain language. If you're looking at a replacement or new installation, we provide free estimates, and offer 0% interest financing for 12 months with additional plans available for up to 10 years — so upgrading doesn't have to happen all at once.

Our heating system service contracts are designed exclusively for automatic delivery customers. Every plan includes an annual tune-up to keep your system running efficiently. Plans A and B add priority scheduling, 24/7 emergency service, and coverage for eligible parts and labor — so if something breaks, it's a phone call, not a surprise bill. Frequently Asked Questions

How does automatic delivery work?

We use degree-day tracking and your home's usage history to forecast when you'll need fuel. We deliver before you run low, so you never have to monitor the gauge or call it in. We aim to come out when your tank is around 1/4 full, but may come out sooner as we're learning your home's usage patterns. We give you a call ahead of your delivery to let you know we're coming out, and we offer easy online payments as well as autopay with an additional discount.

What do your service plans cover?

Plans include an annual tune-up, priority scheduling, and coverage for many common parts and labor. Details and exact coverage information can be found here.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No. There's no long-term contract for delivery. Service plans renew annually, and you can always call us with questions before you decide.

How do I redeem my $50 discount?

You don't need a code. Once you're set up as a new customer with a tune-up or service plan, the $50 credit applies to each of your first two deliveries automatically.

What if I'm not ready for automatic delivery?

No problem. You can sign up for will-call delivery and order oil on your own schedule. Book a tune-up and the $50 discount still applies to each of your first two deliveries. A lot of customers start there and decide later whether automatic delivery is a good fit.

What information will you need from me to get started?

Just the basics — your name, address, phone number, and email. If you know your fill pipe location, the approximate age or condition of your oil tank, and whether your system is heat only or heat and hot water, that's helpful too — but if you're not sure, we'll help figure it out.
